This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected and handled through the South Brunswick Technology Park website, a project of Brunswick Infrastructure, LLC (the “project team,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It covers visits to this website and information provided through its contact, project updates, and community feedback forms.
Information collected
When you use a form, we collect the information you choose to provide. Depending on the form, this may include:
- Your name, email address, ZIP code, and phone number.
- Your organization or business name, role, website, services, and service area.
- Questions, comments, community priorities, and other information you include in a message.
- Your request to receive project updates and related communication preferences.
Required fields are identified on each form. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account details, medical information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information.
The website and its supporting services may also process technical information such as an IP address, browser and device details, the page from which a form was submitted, and submission dates and times. This information helps operate the website and detect errors, spam, and misuse.
How information is used
Information submitted through the website is used to respond to inquiries, understand community feedback, manage requests for project updates, and evaluate interest from businesses and community organizations. Technical information may be used to maintain website functionality, troubleshoot problems, and protect the website from abuse.
Submitting a supplier or organization form expresses interest in the project. It does not constitute a job application, contract award, or guarantee of a business relationship.
Who may receive information
Submitted information is stored in the website’s form system and may be accessed by authorized website administrators and project representatives who handle inquiries, communications, and community engagement.
Information may be processed by service providers supporting website hosting, maintenance, form handling, security, and project communications. Relevant inquiries or feedback may be shared with project advisers or consultants to help prepare a response.
Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or a valid legal request, or as reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or threats to the rights and safety of others. If you submit information directly to a public agency, that agency’s policies and applicable public-records requirements govern its handling.
Browser storage
This website is intended to share project information, not track your browsing activity. We do not use cookies. You can browse without submitting your contact information. If you choose to contact us or sign up for updates, we collect the information you provide for those purposes. The quick signup feature uses temporary browser-tab storage to carry your email address to the longer form; this is separate from cookies.
Submitting your email address through the quick signup box subscribes you to project updates. The longer signup form lets you provide additional information about yourself, but completing it is not required to subscribe. The website also temporarily stores your email address in the current browser tab to prefill the longer form and removes that stored value when it is read on the signup page.
Email updates
Signing up for project updates is optional. Your signup records your request to receive project communications. You may ask to stop receiving updates by using an unsubscribe link where provided or by contacting the project team through the contact form.
To help locate your subscription, use the email address associated with it. A request to stop project updates does not prevent the team from responding to a separate inquiry you submit.
Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
South Brunswick Technology Park, a project of Brunswick Infrastructure, LLC, offers optional text updates about project news, public meetings and events, and opportunities to get involved. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Donations will not be solicited.
To opt in, provide your mobile phone number and actively select the text-message consent checkbox. Providing a phone number alone does not authorize text messages. Text consent is separate from email and text signup and is not required to submit a form or receive email updates.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages. Reply HELP for help. For support, email info@southbrunswicktechpark.com or contact the project team. Message delivery depends on your wireless service and is not guaranteed.
Mobile phone numbers, text-message opt-in data, and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties unless required by law.
The information-sharing provisions elsewhere in this policy do not authorize sharing text messaging originator opt-in data or consent, except as required by law. We record your consent selection, the disclosure presented, submission date and time, and source page to document your request.
Retention and security
Submitted information may remain in the website’s form records and associated project communications while it is needed to respond to inquiries, maintain requested subscriptions, document engagement, or meet legal and administrative requirements. Retention periods can vary with the type of record and its purpose. Copies may also remain in routine backups for a period after removal from active records.
No website, email system, or method of electronic storage can guarantee complete security. Please use the contact form to report a suspected privacy or security issue, without including passwords or sensitive account information.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose whether to submit a form and whether to request project updates. You may contact us to ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw your request for email updates.
Please describe your request and provide enough information to locate the relevant record. We may need to verify your identity before providing or changing personal information. Requests will be considered subject to applicable law and any legitimate recordkeeping requirements. Additional privacy rights may apply depending on where you live and the circumstances.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit personal information about a child through the project forms. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact the project team so the matter can be reviewed and the information removed as appropriate.

This website may link to third-party websites or resources. Their operators control their own information practices. Review the privacy notices of any external website before providing personal information there.
