We are Virginians ourselves. Our development team understands the desire for Brunswick County to stay the beautiful rural place that it is. Preserving that character is an important part of this project. Significant setbacks, landscape buffers, and screening are planned to minimize noise and visual impacts.

The area offers existing electric transmission, natural gas, and fiber infrastructure, alongside available land. The project plans to generate a significant portion of its energy on site, reducing reliance on the regional electric grid and limiting additional demand on shared energy resources. On-site generation remains subject to applicable regulatory and permitting processes; specific capacity and technologies have not been announced.

The project will use a closed-loop water recycling system, similar to a car radiator or refrigerator, or a similar alternative. This significantly reduces water consumption. Current plans eliminate the need to draw from a local aquifer. Once operational, water use will primarily support ordinary employee needs such as sinks, restrooms, and other uses.
